FORMS and their ubiquitous checkboxes capture critical user data for daily business activities.
Forms are usually printed BLACK on WHITE. We can work with a couple shades of GRAY if needed, which can be great for blocking out portions of the page for 'staff use only' or emphasizing a return date. One (1) COLOR is suggested and is generally considered ideal for best user response.
Printing Tips
Traditionally, one-part Forms are printed on 24 lb laser paper as individual single sheets. Set up for two-part NCR ( No Carbon Required ) Forms are an option at no extra cost. Printed on NCR paper, the entire stack of forms is glue bound on the top edge. When the form is filled out, an extra copy is instantly created. The top sheet is white, the bottom is yellow. Printing not included.
